High Intensity Treadmill Workout

One aspect of health that is always hard for me to stay on track of is hydration. I've never been one to fully commit to the eight cups of water per day rule, but lately here in the Georgia humidity, I have no choice. I've been trying my best to start my day with a big glass of water before I eat my breakfast, but then I find myself throughout the day sipping on the kid's drinks and constantly pouring myself massive vats of ice water to prevent me from burning like a crisp. 


When I workout though, I tend to want something more than just water. There's something about drinking something that actually tastes good that gives you a little zip and some pep in your step. I remember in high school when I ran track, and vitaminwater had just really started becoming a thing, it was a daily ritual for me to walk to the local store after school and get myself a drink before practice started. My favorite flavors were Squeezed, Rise, and Power-C, and to this day, they're still my favorite drinks to sip on during a workout to help me stay hydrated.
