Remember when I posted the cinnamon roll recipe and I was talking about how I used the artisan bread in five minutes a day recipe? Well I used that same exact dough to make this naan. So when you make the batch of dough, you get a lot of dough, I only used 1/4 of it for the cinnamon rolls and then the rest of it has been sitting in it's storage bucket in the fridge since. Today I wanted some bread and jam and we didn't have any bread from the store, and I didn't want to wait for a whole loaf to bake so... I made naan!
Basically all I did was break off a small ball of dough from the container in the fridge and then rolled out it super flat with the rolling pin, then I just laid the piece of dough on the pancake griddle (ungreased) set to the high setting for about 2.5 minutes on each side, and then voila, a piece of naan!
